With over 25 years of experience in a variety of fields, I’ve had the opportunity to build a unique and rewarding career path. I’ve worked as a white-water raft guide, served as an instructor in a wilderness therapy program for teens, and spent two decades in construction focused on earthwork projects I’m proud to have been part of.

While I’ve enjoyed many of these roles and the people I’ve worked alongside, teaching at UTC has truly been the best job I’ve ever had. The students are inspiring, the staff is supportive, and each day feels meaningful. As Mark Twain once said, “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” I feel grateful to say that I’ve found exactly that here.
